| Sacha Stejko Photographer At the age of 16,I got accepted into Whitecliffe College of Arts and design on a scholarship. I completed two years studying photography. When I was 17, I was awarded emerging artist of the year by the National Children\'92s Art house. In 2008 I won the Sony Fashion week photography competition, since then I have been getting incredible feedback about my work and have been offered many different opportunities in the industry. At the end of 2008, I had the opportunity to shoot for the ex-director of Cirque Du Soleil and one of the world\'92s most accomplished clowns, Slava Polunin, documenting his show on his tour in Switzerland. These images will be published in their next book, which will be sold worldwide. My photographs have been published in magazines including Black, Pulp and the Photographer. I dance with Triple8funk Dance Company, ranked 5th in the World for hip-hop in 2007. I have toured America, Nz and Japan assisting with teaching and performing with the company. I have travelled well, and lived in Switzerland for 3 months, and visited places like Paris and Milan. I am currently working as an photographer's assistant, as well as working on personal projects and looking into getting into directing.
